Dismantled the winch on the rear deck. It was totally freezed last summer and hardly rotated when I tried to use it. The shaft was oxidated from the drum which caused it. Mast was moved to the pier and got some layers of varnsih. Should remove all the varnish and start from scratch but this year no time for that.
